A: You may receive exclusive offers that can be applied to orders by using a code during check out. The discount code must be entered during the completion of the order. Before making the payment, please verify that it has been validated. Discount codes can not be combined with other promotions, are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Only a discount code per order is valid. You can only use them at www.marqqa.com during the time of the campaign.
A: In our shop, you can order a Gift card. When you purchase the LIVING online Gift card, you will have to fill in some information, namely the email address of the person to whom you would like to offer the gift card and the amount to offer. The recipient will receive in his/her email a discount code for the chosen value. This code will be sent via email within 3 working days of purchase. Then, one only needs to enter the code during check-out in the "payment methods" step and the value associated with the offer card will be automatically discounted. You can customize your offer by writing a special message.
A: The LIVING system consists of 7 structures and 16 different tops. Combining the different structures, tops and finishes it is possible to create hundreds of combinations. In this way you can customize your LIVING and create a piece to suit you.
A: First you have to choose the function of your structure: console table, tea trolley, side table or coat and umbrella stand. Then you can choose, within the available options, the desired structure length.
A: You can choose between simple tops, trays, boxes or shelfs. Every LIVING top has a function for example: place everyday objects (keys, letters, plant pots, ...), serve snacks and drinks, keep books and newspapers, hang coats and hats, leave umbrellas, charge tablets and smartphones or store your laptop while charging.
A: The LIVING structures are always produced in stainless steel, a durable and non-rusting material. Then you can choose one of the four available finishes: matt white lacquer, matt black lacquer, polished silver or polished golden.
A: LIVING tops are produced in solid wood and MDF (medium density fibreboard). You can choose whether you want the tops to be veneered in oak or lacquered wood. If you select a veneered top you can choose from 3 different tones. In case you opt for a lacquered top, you can choose from 9 different colors.

A: LIVING is a system that allows continuous evolutions. Our creative team is always looking for new solutions that complement our product. A: You can build your LIVING on Marqqa’s website. In the main menu you can find the customize button. There you will be guided in order to choose the structure, tops and finishes that you want You can also order our Expert Advice service and our team will develop your LIVING according to your preferences. The cost of this service will be refunded if, within 30 days, you make a purchase over €500.
A: Yes, you don’t need to start from scratch, you can choose between the different sets at the Shop. Go to Shop now.
A: With the exception of the “Tops for coats and umbrella stand”, which can only be used in the short structure (side table / coat and umbrella stand structure), all other LIVING tops can be used in any structure. However, if you use the “Top Magazine Box” or the “Top Shelf” in the short structure (side table), you can only use it at the top level of this structure no longer using any top on the lower level.
A: There is a maximum limit of tops for each structure but there is no minimum limit. You do not need to fill the whole structure. You can complete your structure over time. Download the LIVING Combination Scheme to find out all the possibilities. You can find this scheme in the second step of Customize.
A: Yes, because the power strip comes with 2 power sockets and 2 usb chargers 5V/2A. The available power sockets are: schuko, french, italian 10A, danish, swiss, british and american. The italian, danish and swiss power sockets may have a longer delivery period. Contact us for more information.
A: This box fits most laptops with 15 or less inches. The laptop can not be larger than 385x280mm. The power strip comes with 1 power socket. A: The LIVING Pad was designed to fit into the following LIVING tops: “Small Divided Tray”, “Envelopes Tray” and “Large Divided Tray”.
A: To facilitate transport, the structure comes disassembled. However, it is quite simple to assemble, you only have to tighten a few screws. We provide the instructions and the key. It can be assembled by only one person and, on average, takes no more than 15 minutes. The LIVING tops have a recess that allows a simple fit into the LIVING structure. You don’t need tools to join these elements. This feature allows you to change the position of the tops whenever you want.

A: After you click "Order" a confirmation email including an order number will be sent to your e-mail address.
A: If you want to cancel an order please contact us to email@example.com as soon as possible to check your order status. In the e-mail indicate your order number as well as the products you wish to cancel. If it is a standard product, your order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already left our warehouses, the cancellation will be handled as a return (For more information please see our Exchanges and Returns conditions. If it is a customized product the order can only be canceled before the beginning of production. Cancellations will only be effective upon confirmation by Marqqa team. If accepted, we will cancel your order and refund the amount paid.
A: If you want to change an order you have to cancel your original order (see question 3.3). Then you have to enter www.marqqa.com to make a new order.

A: You can change your delivery address since your order has not yet been issued, and if the shipping cost is the same. After items have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. A: If your country is outside the EU they may occur, according to the legislation in force in each country. This payment is the responsibility of the customer.
A: The packaging of our products has been carefully studied to protect our products. If the shipment arrives with visible exterior damage (ripped box, crumpled box, wet box, etc.) you should immediately, at the time of delivery, describe it, on the delivery note and notify the customer support department at firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible and without exceeding the deadline of 14 days after delivery. This is the only way we can operate the transport insurance. A claim for shipping damages will not be accepted by Marqqa unless the damages are noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If possible send us pictures of the box and the damaged items. Wait for our contact, refunds will not be accepted without the consent of Marqqa. After reviewing and verifying the damages, we will collect the product without charge for the customer and will send another one in replacement.
Returned items must be properly packed in their original packaging with all elements of the product, including documentation (manuals, etc.).
A: The consumer has the right to the free resolution of the purchase within 14 calendar days, without having to indicate any reason. To do this, you must inform Marqqa by email to email@example.com indicating your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
The product(s) shall be returned under the same reception conditions (duly packed using the protective foams and the original packaging and all attached documentation), without any signs of assembly or use, and within 14 days after receipt of the order.
The cost of return charges is supported by the customer, as well as customs duties (in the case of countries outside the EU) or other expenses related to the return process. Once the item is received and reviewed in our facilities, we will inform you by email. Verified the product, the value corresponding to the amount paid for the order will be returned to the customer. If the product is damaged or shows signs of assembly or use, no refund will be made.
All custom-made items and special orders are non-returnable.

A: If the product delivered has defects or does not come according to the order, the customer should contact Marqqa through firstname.lastname@example.org, within a period not exceeding 14 days after delivery. In the email, the client should indicate the order number, explain the incident and attach photographs that demonstrate the problem. You should store the product(s) in the original packaging, packed with protective foams. We can not accept the return if the product arrives with damages due to bad packaging or if there is a sign that the products were used. Make sure you have included all elements of the product, as well as all manuals or other documents. You should wait for our contact and do not send the product to our facilities. Once the item is received and reviewed in our facilities, we will inform you by email. After analyzing and verifying the error, we will, with no charges to the customer, make the refund or send another in replacement. Please read our Exchanges and Returns conditions for more information.
A: If you wish to exchange a product you must do so within 14 days from the day following the day of delivery of the product and carry out this process according to the instructions given in Exchanges and Returns document. After returning the product(s) make a new order on www.marqqa.com.
